Gimi gels are perfect whenever you need a clean energy boost to power your day. Take one:
- 10 mins before activity to fuel up and prepare for your run, hike, or daily activities.
- During activity to maintain steady energy levels and keep going without hitting a wall. Use every 30 mins with appropriate fluids.
- After activity if you need a quick pick-me-up to recover and stay sharp.
