How it all started
Katie had the 6am reformer (okay, maybe it was 8am), the Wednesday run club, and the back-to-back meetings. What she didn’t have was energy that could keep up.
Most energy gels were built for endurance athletes, packed with artificial ingredients and things she couldn’t pronounce.
What she wanted was something different: an energy gel made for everyday life, powered by real superfood ingredients.
